Oliver is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and Director of the firm. He acts in complex parenting and property matters, with particular expertise in litigation and trial advocacy.
He holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) with High Distinction and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
Oliver combines technical precision with calm, strategic judgment — guiding clients through difficult matters with clarity and authority.
Emillia Turnbull
Associate
Emilia advises clients in parenting and property matters, including cases involving family violence and complex financial arrangements.
She holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law and Policy and approaches her work with clarity, compassion and strong attention to detail.
Emilia regularly appears in the Evatt List, a specialist court list for matters involving family violence, and supports clients through sensitive matters with calm, thoughtful guidance. Wherever possible, she works towards resolution without the need for protracted court proceedings
Patrick Idiare
Family Lawyer
Patrick advises in parenting and property matters. He works across a range of cases, from cooperative parenting arrangements to matters involving allegations of family violence.
Before joining the firm, Patrick worked in a leading Wills & Estates practice, assisting in complex estate planning and family provision matters — experience that strengthens his approach to financial issues in family law.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws/Arts (Distinction) from UNSW and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Zoha Khan
Marketing Director
Zoha works closely with clients navigating complex and emotionally sensitive family law matters. With a strong focus on dispute resolution, she supports families in finding constructive pathways forward.
She is currently completing a Master of Dispute Resolution and is on the path to becoming a Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2014, Zoha holds degrees in Law and Commerce and has experience across family law, commercial litigation and succession matters.
As an internationally accredited Life Coach, Zoha brings an additional layer of insight to her work — helping clients build clarity and confidence during periods of significant change.
