Lisa Wagner has devoted her career to Family Law. She has built her reputation over many years working for a range of family law firms, both in the city and regionally, before becoming the founding principal of her own firm. Lisa is an experienced practitioner and litigator, and is well respected by her peers.
Having studied economics, she is particularly adept at offering her client’s advice regarding property settlements involving multiple assets, family businesses and superannuation splitting. As well as property and financial matters, Lisa has extensive experience in matters concerning parenting arrangements and child support. Lisa also acts as a court appointed Independent Children’s Lawyer for children in difficult and complex parenting cases.
Lisa’s aim is to provide her clients with exceptional service. Practicing law for Lisa is about being able to assist her clients with expert guidance and representation regarding family law matters. Lisa is an Accredited Family Law specialist and a nationally registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Bronwyn has a passion for family law and has worked largely in this area since completing her studies at Sydney University as an LPAB graduate with awards in Taxation, Business and Family Law. Bronwyn is trained in Collaborative Law and also holds a Bachelor of Education. This background along with many years of commercial experience, provides her with a strong understanding of family law, property and parenting matters, and de facto relationship cases. Currently undertaking a Masters of Law, Bronwyn continues to develop her skills and knowledge in the area of family law.
As a long term resident on the Lower North Shore, her experience in commercial, property and business matters enables Bronwyn to approach her work in a manner that incorporates a diverse spectrum of experience. Senior Family Lawyer
Kristina graduated with an Honours Degree in law from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2012, having spent time studying at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic.
Kristina initially worked in the Community Legal sector before gaining experience in two other private practice firms undertaking a variety of work including often complex Family Law Parenting and Property matters and AVO / Domestic Violence cases.
Kristina has continued her post graduate studies in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and will soon be recognised as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Kristina’s clients benefit from her empathic and professional approach and she works hard to ensure her clients feel heard, understood and empowered at every stage of their family law matter.
Kristina is committed to resolving each matter promptly, efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner. She will work closely with you, provide clear and timely advice and remain mindful of the difficulties you can invariably face in resolving your family law matter.
Keeping our team on their toes and to their schedule is Trish Gabor – an adept and proficient organiser.
Trish oversees the day-to-day running of the practice having an extensive background in business administration and client services for over 20 years.
Our clients find Trish both approachable and easy to deal with. Trish is particularly efficient and ensures that our practice runs smoothly and any queries you may have, no matter how big or small, are quickly taken care of.
Nicole completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney and has been working exclusively in the area of family law.
Nicole joins us having previously worked with two specialised Family Law firms on Sydney’s North Shore. This experience has familiarised her with the issues affecting the community and assists her in providing a tailored response to your needs.
Nicole’s experience has honed her skills in dealing with the issues affecting separating couples in the local community to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Nicole has a particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution practices to ensure the early and cost-effective resolution of Family Law matters.
Nicole is focussed and dedicated to offering practical solutions to parenting and financial matters. Nicole’s Russian language skills are also a unique and much valued asset to our team.
Joanne completed her Bachelor of Laws at Notre Dame University Western Australia in 2007. After initially gaining a graduate position in Canberra she was wooed by Sydney, which she now calls home. Joanne has worked in a number of Family Law firms on the North Shore of Sydney and also on Sydney’s Northern Beaches amidst raising her own family. Joanne is passionate about family welfare and helping families deal with the many challenges that are associated with separation and divorce.
Providing a professional and friendly service to her clients Joanne enables them to feel confident that they have a full understanding of their rights and responsibilities in the Family Law system.

Lucy completed her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney and also holds a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours.
Prior to joining Doolan Wagner Family Lawyers Lucy was working in the community legal sector undertaking a variety of family law work and assisting individuals and families resolve what were often complex legal issues.
Highly empathetic and warm, Lucy is particularly adept at providing support to her clients as they face the challenges that arise following separation.
Lucy continues to undertake pro bono work at Marrickville Legal Centre.
